GREEN IT OFF-SITE WARRANTY REPAIRS
We can guarantee worry-free warranty repairs for your devices under the agreed terms and conditions. Once you have sent in your warranty repairs template, you can expect a reply from us within two days. Warranty repairs will be done within 20* days.
OFF-SITE repairs mean that the client is asked to send the device to a Green IT service partner, and the device is repaired on the partner’s premises.
GREEN IT ON-SITE WARRANTY REPAIRS
We can guarantee worry-free warranty repairs for your devices under the agreed terms and conditions. Once you have sent in your warranty repairs template, you can expect a reply from us within two days. Warranty repairs will be done within 20* days.
ON-SITE repairs mean that Green IT transports the device to its partner’s premises and repairs the device. Once the device is operational, we will deliver it to the location specified by the client. If the service also includes the manufacturer’s on-site warranty repairs, we will dispatch the manufacturer’s technician to your premises.
* Unforeseen delays may occur if the delivery of spare parts by the device manufacturer is late. If that happens, we will try to let the client know as soon as possible.

If, during on-site repairs, the technician arrives to the client’s premises and discovers that the issue is not covered by warranty (liquid damage, physical damage, software issue or any other issue not covered by the warranty), then the client is obligated to pay for the technician’s worktime and the service call fee.
